Hello!

Thank you for visiting my world of design explorations! My name is Anjali Tandon and I am currently a Junior at Parsons School of Design, New York, doing a BFA in Fashion Design and a minor in Creative Entrepreneurship. I would define myself to be an eccentric and bold designer- someone who thoroughly enjoys exploring prints, patterns and colors. Coming from India, my culture subconsciously translates into my work- be it embroidered appliqué embellishments or block prints, I would consider my design aesthetic to be the convergence of the worlds of Cult Gaia and Marimekko. In addition to being curious about the creative aspects of design and fashion, I have also been able to hone my skills in the domain of fashion business and marketing. Through the course of my career in fashion, I aspire to imbibe the impeccable design sensibilities and brand building expertise of my fashion idols- Daniel Roseberry of Schiaparelli and Sabyasachi Mukherjee of Sabyasachi.
